About Bancon Developments

Bancon Developments Limited is the parent company of the Bancon Group based at the Banchory Business Centre in Banchory, Aberdeenshire. It provides head office services and co-ordinates the Group's activities such as joint ventures or partnerships with landowners, leading developers and the public sector.

The Bancon Group of companies also includes

* Bancon Construction, a construction company;

* Bancon Specialist Works, a property maintenance business based at Crathes;

* Bancon Homes, a homes developer; and

* Deeside Timberframe Ltd, a timberframe manufacturer with factories in Stonehaven and Stirling

The Bancon Group was established in 1975, and currently employs over 400 people.
