Lairhillock Homepage

Bancon have made a Local Development Plan bid for development of land at Lairhillock. There is currently a new primary school on the site, serving the rural area, and adjacent to this there is a hotel and restaurant, currently being expanded. Whilst the site is rural, it is relatively well contained, and the area is characterised by small settlements.

The plan above shows the B979 'Netherly' road running North to South, and the school and Lairhillock in on the East. This is the proposed location for development.
