Bancon are promoting the development of housing and a residential care home on an area of land adjacent to Craigton Road, Pitfodels. Planning Permission has now been granted for the care home under the terms of the current development plan.

The bid for housing was partially supported in both the Main Issues Report and the Proposed Local Development Plan, but Bancon consider that the site offers greater potential, and have made further representations to outline what we believe is appropriate for the area.
